## What is cost-plus pharmacy pricing?

Blueberry buys medications at their true wholesale acquisition cost and adds a small, transparent dispensing fee:
- Members pay a $3 fee per prescription

- There are no insurance middlemen, no PBM markups, and no hidden charges

This model is sometimes called "cost-plus" or "transparent pricing."
